Vice Principal
i. The Principal shall be subject to the direction of the proprietor/or his delegate and shall be the administrative officer of the school.
ii. He shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school and the immediate supervision of all personnel employed by or otherwise operating within the school.
iii. The general supervision of Curricula, evaluation of faculty and maintenance of a wholesome academic atmosphere for the children shall be the prime responsibilities of the principal.
Principal
i. The Principal shall be subject to the direction of the proprietor/or his delegate and shall be the administrative officer of the school.

iii. The general supervision of Curricula, evaluation of faculty and maintenance of a wholesome academic atmosphere for the children shall be the prime responsibilities of the principal.
Staff
i. The full-time teaching staff employed by Lumen Christi International High School shall have as their principal objective the relevant and creative Education of the children of this institution to develop in each child his greatest potential with the view to building responsible human beings.
ii. They will work with the Principal and other staff.
iii. They are to submit themselves to the direct supervision and evaluation of the Principal and other administrative agents of the school.
iv. Staff are given a monthly salary according to their qualification and experience.
v. They will have access to the use of modern technology in the classroom.
